Shop October 10-15

Thank you for shopping during our Annual Sale, we are VERY grateful for the support.

1.  Your items will be discounted automatically at checkout**

2.  Our online ordering system is well established now, but if you have ANY questions during the sale, please email us at: office@buddiestoys.ca and your email will be answered within 48hrs.

3.  If you ordered online for local delivery (over $100), your order will be delivered between October 11-October 31.  We offer local delivery to Sidney, Victoria & Langford.  You will be notified when it has arrived at your doorstep.  If you have any delivery notes, please put them in the delivery notes section at the checkout and we will be sure to follow your delivery directions.  We will not knock when we deliver, unless you are in an apartment etc. where we need to buzz in.  Your purchase will be in a black garbage bag (stylish and functional!) so it will be hidden from kid's prying eyes.

4.  If you ordered for curbside pick up, please WAIT until you've received a notification that your order is ready.  It will not be ready if you arrive before that.  Your order may take anywhere from 1hr to 48hrs to be ready for pick up, depending on the line that is ahead of you.  We will happily keep your order safe for you as long as you need, so if you are unable to pick up immediately please don't worry.  Your purchase will be completely safe and stored at the store until you are ready to pick it up.

5.  Phones... It's pretty busy in the store during this week and we likely are not able to help with technical support or in all honestly our normal customer service over the phone. We cannot do phone sales during the sale, it has a high risk of fraud and our software doesn't allow it any more.  We welcome you into the store where we can help you in person.

6.  If there are any issues with your order, please email us at office@buddiestoys.ca and we will remedy it as quickly as possible!  If an item is ordered that is missing in the store, we will do our best to substitute it by contacting you with some options, or if you prefer, we will refund your money for the missing item.  We want you to be happy!

7.  Any returns must be returned to the store by October 31.  After that your sale is final.  Please be sure to contact relatives if you need to confirm Christmas presents, as these items will not be able to be exchanged or returned after Christmas.

  **The only real exception to the sale is Lego, which is regular price.  A few other items like Grimm's wooden toys have a MAP (minimum advertised price) that we stay within, but generally everything else is discounted!
