FAQ for Curbside Pickups

1.  Your order will be ready as soon as possible, usually within a few hours, but please wait until you receive a notification via email or text confirming it's ready. 

2.  If you are having someone else pick up the purchase, you don't need to let us know.  The person picking up the order just needs your first and last name. 

3.  Not coming right away to pick up your purchase?  That's totally fine with us, we know you guys are busy... its okay to leave your purchase here for a while.  If you haven't picked it up by Xmas eve, we might start wondering... but otherwise, just know we have your purchase here safe and sound.

FAQ for Deliveries

1.  We will have all the annual sale orders delivered by October 30th.  Last year we were done around the 25th, however if you need something to be guaranteed before October 30th, curbside pick ups are ready within 24hrs. 

2.  Buddies Toys will be organizing deliveries based on different areas of Victoria, and will be based on the reality of us relying on one delivery driver for all of the deliveries.  We cannot tell you what day your purchase will arrive. 

3.  We don't usually knock when we do the deliveries, we know people are working or dealing with little ones at home.  If you have special instructions, please write them in your checkout notes and we are happy to follow them to the best of our ability.  We usually leave your order wrapped in black plastic (super sneaky!) on your doorstep and notify you via email/text (depending on what information you gave us at checkout).  If we need to do anything differently, please let us know.

3.  Change your mind and want to pick up your order?  Absolutely, but please let us know and give us 24hrs. to get your delivery from the storage unit we will be using to sort thru deliveries.  Please email us at office@buddiestoys.ca and we can arrange that.

FAQ for In Store Shopping 

I mean, its just shopping at the store.... so we think you know the drill! 

But during sale week, Buddies Toys is expected to be pretty busy with all our amazing customers looking to snag the best deals. If you prefer a quieter shopping experience, mark your calendar for Thursday, which tends to be the quietest day of the week. This is the ideal day to browse the aisles and take your time selecting the perfect toys.

Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! Returns will be accepted until Halloween. However, after that date, all sales will be considered final.
