- Compatible doorways include standard builder grade wood frame with a minimum exterior width of 3.5 inches. Minimum width from inside of door jamb to outside of door frame should be 3 inches, and maximum width from inside of door jamb to outside of door frame should be 5 inches. Doorway bar fits doorway sizes 26”-36” wide.Non-compatible door frames include: metal, sliding barn, pocket, prefabricated (mobile home), sliding glass and archways.All accessories can hold up to 150 pounds!
